Cornwallis Neighboorhood Association

The prestigious Cornwallis community is located just off the Caloosahatchee on Cape Coral’s east coast. Our canals offer direct (unrestricted) sailboat and powerboat access to the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf. By boat it is a very short run to the river and the open waters of the Gulf. Cornwallis Neighborhood Association (CNA) was formed in 1994 with its main purpose dedicated to the improvement and enjoyment of our neighborhood and maintaining all its spectacular beauty and surroundings. CNA membership is voluntarily and consists of residents, whether owners and or renters, seasonal and permanent, who are committed to and wish to enhance and preserve the beauty, fellowship, and safety of the neighborhood. Our activities, social gatherings, and general meetings are typically held October thru May. Our general meetings are held at Century 21 Birchwood Realty building located at 4040 Del Prado Blvd @ 7:15 pm. We encourage you to take the time to learn more about becoming a member.

Cape Coral's scenic waterfront Cornwallis Neighborhood community is in the Gold Coast area and sits east of Del Prado Boulevard between the Cape Coral and Midpoint bridges. The Gold Coast is one of the original areas of Cape Coral that was primarily developed as a waterfront paradise and includes five distinct neighborhoods — Cornwallis, Beach, Palaco Grande, Everest, and Savona. These five communities include an impressive collection of homes and varying styles along with spectacular views of the Caloosahatchee River including some unique panoramas across the river (1-1.5 mile wide) to the Fort Myers coastline.
